Reviews and Ratings
During my stay at the Emperor Hotel in Macau, I appreciated the excellent location near the casinos and restaurants, making exploration easy. However, the hotel's facilities felt quite basic, and the staff's service was not very friendly. The breakfast options at the executive lounge lacked variety and creativity, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a cost-effective option but had some noticeable downsides.
I had a mixed experience at the Emperor Hotel. The location is great, being close to major casinos and attractions, but the service and shuttle bus situation left much to be desired. My room was clean, but a bit dated and not particularly bright. Overall, while I enjoyed the convenience of the location, the hotel itself didn't meet my expectations.
My stay at the Emperor Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore prominent attractions, but the overall service left much to be desired. The room was comfortable but showed signs of age, and my interaction with staff was disappointing.
I had a decent stay at Emperor Hotel in Macau, enjoying the spacious room and central location, especially for accessing nearby casinos. However, I found the executive lounge lacking offerings and the breakfast quite poor. While the staff was generally helpful, I encountered some communication issues, which was frustrating at times.
My stay at the Emperor Hotel was largely enjoyable, with clean and modern rooms providing a comfortable experience. The check-in process was a bit frustrating, as it took longer than expected. Breakfast at the Executive Lounge could definitely use more variety. Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s quieter atmosphere since there’s no casino.
